Erin Grisham Erin Grisham serves as the executive director for educational support services at Northern Arizona University. She is a member of the Enrollment Management and Student Affairs Division's senior leadership team and leads the University's portfolio of retention and student success initiatives. Ms. Grisham oversees five TRIO programs, which provide early outreach and college access services to youth across Northern Arizona, and directs an early intervention project for first-year students based on the Student Strengths Inventory that measures non-cognitive skill levels to identify and place at-risk students in support service programs. | more...
